The Rehabilitation Nurses

The rehabilitation nurses carry out a nursing assessment on each person admitted to the rehabilitation unit. Following the assessment the nurses will plan the individuals daily care requirements. The nursing team specialise in pressure area management/tissue viability as well as bowel and bladder management programmes.
