The Rehabilitation Nurses

The rehabilitation nurses carry out a nursing assessment on each person admitted to The Acute Neurological Rehabilitation Unit. Following the assessment the nurses will plan the individuals daily care requirements. The nursing team specialise in pressure area management/tissue viability as well as bowel and bladder management programmes.
